Unhappy Find Solaris Version

How can I find solaris version which is running on my system is there any way to know if this solaris version is updated with latest patches and bug fixes?

to find solais version you can use the command uname -a

uname -a will give system name/architecture and current patch level.
use
showrev -p to check patch updates
