Default Solaris 11 Express - ACL wont work

I installed Solaris 11 Express a half of a year ago and at that time I was able to handle ACL rights of files and directories using the chmod command.

I could type this and it worked:

chmod -R A=user:kareln:full_set:file_inherit/dir_inherit:allow /directory

Now it does not work any more and instead it returns this error:

chmod: invalid mode `A=user:kareln:full_set:file_inherit/dir_inherit:allow'

I do not remember changing anything that would relate to this, but my collegue also works with the machine.

Please tell me what to look for to find out why do the ACLs not work anymore and how to fix this.

Thanks!
Dusan
