Change hostname in Solaris 10

Change hostname in Solaris 10
I need to change the hostname Solaris 10 from the settings given at the install
can I just issue the command hostame with new node name ?

how to change a hostname
edit the files /etc/hosts,/etc/hostname.hmeo,/etc/nodename,/etc/inet/ipnodes
in that change all the host names
