problem in the link aggregation

hi,

when i have configured link aggregation in the solaris server in the e1000g0 kind of link using the dladm create-aggr -d command state of the link after configuration is still standy in one of the link . how to make that link standy link to attached and server is not reachable after configuring.

can any one please help on this.
